If Pettigrew is in Azkaban, did Percy name a different rat "scabbers"? And if the Weasley's rat is not an animagus, how does it live so long?

Yes, Prissy is a different rat. Thanks for pointing out the plot hole. A new gag has been born to cover it. :D
