Not bad, though you'll have to explain Harry's personality changes to make them work. To kill someone in cold blood without feeling any remorse he has to be entirely different from his canon counterpart. Also, dialogues are almost unreadable seeing that you've lost your line breaks somewhere.

Great chapter, I always enjoy unmerciful-Harry, a pity that Sirius won't be able to get his freedom, but as long as Harry leaves no Deatheater alive... Snape and Malfoy-Junior seem like good targets.

Nice start; this was a more interesting battle than the actual DoM confrontation. I'm interested in seeing where you're going to take this, particularly as Harry seems to be a bit more cunning than in canon.
