This is the first story I've read since discovering this site, and if the rest of the writing is up to this excellent standard, I'll be one happy reader!
I've been a potterhead for ages, but am only a fairly recent convert to the addiction that is HP fan fiction, and so have a lot of catching up to do - but on to reviewing!
This was so wonderfully dark and gruesome -the scene with Snape was very well done, and I loved your homage to Bob Peck in Snape's last line - nice to see a bit of black humour there.
I loved Hagrid's response to Voldemort's apology - it was perfect!
And that last line.........*delicious shudder*
All in all, a very good start to what looks to be a very entertaining membership to this community! Thank you soooo much!

Aside from the fact that Harry wrote his name in the Diary earlier in CoS, a fabulous read!
Was a bit unsure about the clones of Harry, but that was the only thing that bothered me, aside from the obvious.
Conversation between Voldemort and Hagrid was great! The story might have left more impact though, if you'd stopped before the Azkaban sequence.
