This report was given on 2023 by the eight hit wizards that survived the attack on The Agency and was given directly to the head of the DMLE.

We broke the wards more quickly then expected, the outer wards were class four offensive wards, the inner wards were class three offensive wards. After we had penetrated both layers we approached in three groups. We were told that the only person there would be Conner Fletcher and that there would only be rudimentary defenses. The defenses were indeed rudimentary; they consisted of ten animated stone dogs that attacked groups B and C.  They were easily dispatched with only one minor injury in group C. right before the last of the dogs had been dispatched three people emerged from the front door of The Agency, the first was Conner Fletcher, though he was almost unrecognizable, he was hunched over and had thick red hair allover his body, had extended fangs, and was wearing plate armor made of a golden metal. The second person was a small woman with long brown hair. She used wandless magic and was dressed in muggle street clothing. The third and final person was Levin Bond, his eyes have changed since his file was last updated; he now has one red eye and one white eye and appears to be blind, though his actions in this engagement indicate that he still is still a high level threat. Upon seeing Fletcher we attacked with several powerful curses including several Hammer of Gods, Vald's Impaler and a range of other lethal curses. The brown haired women (see page 5 for current theories on her identity) preformed a rather remarkable feat of wandless magic and created  a translucent barrier in front of our curses that caused them to reflect back at us this resulted in the death of one member of team A and the incapacitation of two members of team C. Levin then attacked us with a nonverbal curse that we have yet to identify that resulted in three members of team A being pulled into the ground by large grey hands (see page 6 article 17 for the DoM's theories regarding this) we have yet to find their corpses. During the casting of this spell Conner had drawn a muggle firearm that he proceeded to shoot the remainder of team C with all of them vanished after he shot them, forensics has confirmed that the bullets had been made into portkeys but we have no information regarding their destination. At this point the women made a hole in our anti apparition wards through which all three of them fled. However Team A's leader successfully hit Fletcher with a powerful bone breaker as he apparated out. It is unknown how much damage if any this did, though it is likely Fletcher will be incapacitated for at least a week. We left the field to retrieve medical assistance which failed to come when we signaled. When we returned the bodies of our fallen associates had been striped, drained of blood and crucified on The Agencies walls. (See page 8 article 22 for our new rates)
