Good chapter. Enjoyable read. Minor niggles: Too big a coincidence that Harry and Daphne are conveniently grouped in Potions. Better that Snape makes everyone choose a partner then they contrive a believable reason to 'force' them together. Other niggle is that there is zero reaction from Sirius, Daphne when told about dragons and zero from Harry when Moody tells him. He should have pretended to be shocked.
