Uh, ok. This story was promising, but the whole phoenix and banishment thing seems a pretty pointless distraction from what seemed like an interesting take on HP.

Actually it is meant to show that there are consequences to traveling time. Plus, it will feature hugely when Harry gets back to his world(s).
