Good buildup, and the introduction of Tonks into this point of the story was done marvelously.
I'm excited for the next two chapters.

Tonks and Fleur in the same place, both with interests in a certain time-defying wizard? Can anybody say "cat-fight"?
Hmm, perhaps I better stock up on some pop-corn.

In my previous reviews I try to make them eloquent and decisive in the criticism. For this chapter. I can only say on thing.
TONKS!! OMFG!!! HELL YEAH!
Oh poor Harry, torn between two women, a hundred lifetimes, two gods, and on the edge of a nervous breakdown. Hey, what the hell are hero's made for? Fresh rainfall and strawberries, indeed.
Give us more. We can take it.

Pretty interesting update, though Harry's obsessive introspective apologies early in the chapter confused me into thinking that Fleur had died. Dunno if there was a reason for them beyond misdirection, but if there was, I missed it.
Not sure how I feel about Tonks coming back into things. Granted, you wrote her excellently early in the story, and her chemistry with Harry was undeniable, but it's still tough to say if this is a welcome change or not.
Looking forward to more.

well, now would be a good time for a spare Animagus to show up...
Review for Harry Potter and the Wastelands of Time Chapter 7 from tjintur on December 17, 2008
so far i like it, the fact that you DON'T have Dumbledore being an idiot seems like a nice twist and one i happen to agree with.
I hope the rest of the story is as good.

Wow, the story is building great. I really can't wait for the next chapter. My one criticism is that Chronos is screaming Fuck. It seems to... juvenile for a so called elder god. I get the insanity bit, however I feel that he could be better portrayed by saying cryptic phrases like Harry does at points.

Yet another brilliant chapter for this enticing piece of literature mastery. The words, captivating. The plot, enticing. The style, ambrosia.
But, again I feel I must warn you not to make the story too epic unless you have the stamina to stick with it. Based on your plot speed I can easily this story being close to forty chapters unless you start rushing things. That's several years my friend. A long commitment that few; very few, authors can commit to.
Unless you start a snowball of action and start heading into Atlantis soon, you might get hung up on the subplots of Gods, Goblins, and God-fathers and drag it out longer than you can keep up your own interest in your writing.
Best of luck.
Again- Ambrosia, simply ambrosia.

There's really not much more to say than what I said in the WbA-Thread. Good chapter. Now hurry up and post the next scene :D

Delightful. I am curious if Harry has incured some debt that is allowing Chronos (the collector of debts) to act against him.
Cheers to lots of new chapters over break,
Jay

You just can't go more than a couple of chapters without throwing a cliffie at us, can you? Trust me when I say that's the only thing to complain about in this update. If most other authors had attempted this chapter, I'd have told them that there was far too much dialog with far too little results from it. However, you're one of the clever few that can make me like that sort of thing, at least when it's in the form of interactions between Harry and Fleur.
Looking forward to more.

Excellent, as always. The style of this story, and premise, is quite a bit more interesting than most others I've read recently.
Also, having been doing some reading of the Hero Trilogy fairly recently, I can say that you've definitely evolved as a writer!
Looking forward to more with this story.

love the writing. ties a lot of plot lines into a never ending circle within a circle. looking forward to the next chapter.
Review for Harry Potter and the Wastelands of Time Chapter 14 from Dreams and Starfall on October 19, 2008
Another great chapter. I especially like how Harry thinks. What I mean is how, he doesn't give a damn and is slightly twisted in his priorities from the horrors he's seen. It's like he is struggling to regain his humanity through Tonks and Fluer, but it is just out of his reach.
Like all reviews however there are some things which tend to irk a bit. That is how you focus so much on Harry's somewhat demential and less on the plot. It seems half of every chapter is him reliving every move he has made 1000 times over and the other half on the plot and interaction. By now people should understand what Harry is now like and will be looking forward to how he handles new developments for him, rather than the same old self loathing realities of situations he's face before.

Very interesting update, though I have to wonder about how Miguel Blue will complicate things later on.
Looking forward to more.

I've searched the lengths of fan fiction from front to back and every silly dream, and one shot, between. In the plethora of authors I've come to despise and respect, you have suddenly become my favorite. Right up there with Aspen in the Sunlight and Barb, two of the top fan fiction authors out there.
Your characterization, your plot and how you deliver are ambrosia to this poor, fanfic driven man.
You're style is superb and carefully put together. It is obvious, to anyone who cares to look, that you poor an extreme amount of work and char into every sentence and paragraph. You use the right words and placement to really deliver a story worthy of publication and nation acclaim.
Your descriptions are beautiful and varied, They are not wordy or too brief, and pull you into the setting as no other fan fiction I've read (And I've read a lot), have ever done for me.
I'm torn between as desperate desire to have the story rushed and finished to appease my sense of curiosity, and between lavishing every moment in wait in hopes that the next chapter will be every pit as perfect and detailed as EVERY SINGLE ONE, previously.
I hope you never give up this story until it is finished. And I hope if you ever decide to become published, or if you already are, you will let us loyal fans know, so we can follow your career and enjoy every tantalizing letter in your work.
Five Stars and more for Harry Potter and the Wastelands of Time

Excellent update, even if it was a bit of an inbetweener. Still, introducing Neville was good, I'm always happy to see him take a larger role in a fic.
Looking forward to more.

Another superb chapter. I get the impression though that Harry is being set up for something here. I guess we are going to have to wait and see.

Grade A stuff man, Grade A. This is the first fanfic of which I've ever felt inclined to review. I even registered for this damn site when i realized that i had to in order to review...
While the action and bazillion possible plots have been awesome(btw, the premise for this story is purely kickass ), I find myself enjoying Harry's interaction with each of the other characters more fascinating and truly top-notch. You have Harry and Fleur's characterizations down to a T; as a reader, I have a good sense of who they are personality-wise.
One question though, will the pairing of this story be a Harry/Fleur or a Harry/Fleur/Tonks. Personally, i don't mind Harry having more than one relationship throughout the story as long as they aren't at the same time.
(Heres to hoping that Fleur is the endgame though, cough coughh)
Fantastical story.

Very good update. It's always nice to have these little reminders that things are very different in this particular time stream. Besides, Harry can't handle too much more time travel without his body giving out.
Looking forward to more.

Game On!
Another chapter masterfully done. After reading so many fanfics out there that are obviously written people who are quite notably amateurs; I have to say that it is very refreshing to come across authors like yourself. Your ability to weave words like a artisan would weave a tapestry leaves me a bit jealous, but then each person has their own talents to work with so I can take heart that not every musician can make the music sing.
Keep up the great work here. I'm looking forward to reading your other stories later one.
Review for Harry Potter and the Wastelands of Time Chapter 12 from Omagic on August 22, 2008
Quite easily your best chapter yet! It's not so much that the story is getting better (which it is), or that the plot is becoming more intriguing (which it is), it's that your handle on the stylistic writing choices is becoming much more honed in. And it's the genious hidden in your writing style that makes this story beyond exceptional.
Well done, sir.
